Ash Glazed Bottle

One of the more special pots from the front chamber of my wood kiln. This piece was placed on its side in the very front of the kiln where it almost becomes completely buried by coals and ash during the 50 hour firing. The pots in this part of the kiln endure the harshest environment of the endeavors and truly come out with the most rich developments. This one is about 11 inches tall.
